    These orders are decorated at the time the order is placed, the number of days to produce the item will be noted for each individual item.
  • After I place my order, how long will it take for my order to ship?keyboard_arrow_down
    All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of order receipt. On-demand orders production time can vary and is noted on each item.
    You can choose USPS (2 -6 days), FedEx/UPS Ground (2-4 days), FedEx/UPS 2 Day (2 days), FedEx/UPS Overnight (1 day) as your shipping courier depending on how quickly you need your order. Unlike FedEx/UPS shipping options, USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed to arrive at your designated destination within a specific number of days.
  • Can I expedite my order?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes. If your order is event-driven, we recommend selecting a guaranteed shipping service such as Standard Overnight or 2 Day to make sure your order arrives on time.
  • Can I cancel my order?keyboard_arrow_down
    Due to our fast-shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. You will need to return the original package to obtain a refund and/or place a new order. Please see our return/exchange policy on the Customer Service page for additional information.

  • How is sales tax calculated?keyboard_arrow_down
    All appropriate sales tax information will be displayed during checkout. You will be charged sales tax based on the region and state of your delivery address.
  • How is shipping cost calculated?keyboard_arrow_down
    Shipping is calculated based on the shipping method selected, delivery zip code, total weight of all items and the dimensions of the package. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the Checkout page for review before order submission.
  • Can I order custom items?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes please click on the custom tab option, and you will be directed to an account executive that can assist you in your purchase of items you do not see on the site.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?keyboard_arrow_down
    All returns are inspected and processed within 72 business hours of receipts. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 4 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
